Refund Policy

The short version

Try every feature free for 3 days before you pay anything.
After buying, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund, for any reason.
Just email us with the address you used at checkout.

1. Try it first

DropWheel has a free 3-day trial with every wheel and feature included, so you can test it on your own files and your own PC before you buy. We recommend trying the conversions you care about most during the trial.

2. 14-day refunds

If DropWheel isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear it so we can make DropWheel better.

3. How to ask

Email d7oom0.king@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number from your receipt. We usually reply within 2 business days.

4. How the refund is paid

Your order was processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, so the refund comes from Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Any sales tax or VAT you paid is refunded with it.

5. After a refund

Your license key stops working, and DropWheel goes back to the state it was in when the trial ended. Your settings and every file you converted stay as they are.

6. After 14 days

If something stops working as described and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll look at a refund case by case.

7. Before a chargeback

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is faster for you, and a chargeback also ends the license.

8. Your consumer rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
