Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. DropWheel converts and edits everything on your PC, and it works without an internet connection.

Do I need Microsoft Office?

No. PDFs, Word files, Markdown, spreadsheets, subtitles and archives convert inside DropWheel. Presentations and older Office files like DOC and XLS use LibreOffice, which is free, when it's installed.

What happens when the trial ends?

The wheels stop opening until you enter a license key. Your settings stay as they are.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If DropWheel isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back. The refund policy has the details.

Will it get in the way when I drag files normally?

No. The wheel opens only when you press the key after a drag has started, so Ctrl-clicking to select files works as usual. In apps that have their own drag shortcuts, the wheel stays out of the way.

Can I move my license to a new PC?

Yes. Open the License page in Settings on the old PC and deactivate it, then enter your key on the new one.

Does it come in Arabic?

Yes. The whole app, including the wheels and notifications, is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and in English.
